2. Subscription Terms
Certain features of the Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly or yearly). At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

All payments are securely processed via our payment provider, Dodo Payments. You must provide a valid payment method. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize FireKlips to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account.

5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
- To process, generate, or distribute illegal, explicit, or highly offensive content.
- To infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
- To attempt to bypass, exploit, or disrupt our AI pipeline, systems, or security.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FireKlips. As for the content you submit (e.g., video links), you retain all rights to your source content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process the videos you submit.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FireKlips, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
