1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your FireKlips subscription at any time directly from your account settings (Settings → Your Plan → Manage Plan). Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the paid features of your tier until the end of your current billing cycle. Auto-renewal will be disabled immediately.
2. Refund Eligibility Window
We offer a [7 OR 14]-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the generated clips or the platform itself within the first [7 OR 14] days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
