FireKlips provides an AI-powered video platform that analyzes long-form video content and generates short-form clips ("Services"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time.

2. Subscription Terms

Certain features of the Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly or yearly). At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

3. Payment and Billing

All payments are securely processed via our payment provider, Dodo Payments. You must provide a valid payment method. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize FireKlips to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account.

4. Refund and Cancellation

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services:

In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
To process, generate, or distribute illegal, explicit, or highly offensive content.
To infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of any third party (including YouTube creators).
To attempt to bypass, exploit, or disrupt our AI pipeline, systems, or security.

6. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Content

The Service and its original content (excluding videos you submit), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FireKlips.

Third-Party Videos (YouTube): FireKlips acts solely as a tool to process video URLs you provide. We do not claim any ownership over the original source videos (e.g., YouTube videos) or the resulting generated clips. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right, permission, or fair-use grounds to process, download, and distribute the videos you submit. You must adhere to the Terms of Service of any third-party platforms (like YouTube) from which you source content. FireKlips is not liable for any copyright strikes, DMCA takedowns, or legal disputes arising from the clips you generate.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FireKlips, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
